2. APPX Router Manager Enhancements
===================================
The APPX Router Management program has several enhancements:

      - Information regarding the encryption status and usage for
        listeners is displayed.

      - Information about encrypted sessions, including the user ID
        and encryption mode negotiated, is displayed.

      - The APPX Router Configuration program can now be launched from
        the manager application.

      - The encryption databases can be reloaded without restarting the
        APPX Router (under the "Action" menu).
